Poo Poo Pro is a professional pet waste removal service dedicated to keeping yards clean, safe, and enjoyable for families and their dogs. We handle the dirty work by regularly scooping and disposing of pet waste, so you don’t have to. Our services help prevent the buildup of messes, reduce odors, keep lawns healthier, and keep dogs’ paws cleaner. We scoop year-round—including through the winter (with breaks only during fresh snowfall)—so you can avoid the dreaded springtime mess and enjoy a cleaner yard all year long.

Contract / Disclaimer

By entering into a service agreement, you agree to the following terms:

🧹 Initial & One-Time Cleanings

We remove all visible, non-frozen waste. Waste that is flattened, frozen, or buried under grass, leaves, or debris may require additional visits and may not be fully removable on the first service.

🌿 Lawn Conditions

Customers must maintain their yard so waste can be located. Overgrown grass, leaves, sticks, or other debris may lead to missed waste that will be addressed at the next visit if conditions improve.

💳 Auto-Renewal & Billing

Your service renews automatically. The card on file will be charged up to 14 days before the next 12-week period begins. To pause, change, or cancel, contact us at least 7 days before your renewal date. If a payment fails, we will retry the card. Service may be paused until payment is updated.

💲Minimum Service / Cancellation Fee

There is a $150 minimum service requirement for new recurring services.

Does not apply to one time clean ups.

If you cancel within the first 12 weeks of service and have not yet reached $150 in billed services, a $150 cancellation fee will apply.

🐕 General Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing with at least 5 days’ notice before your next billing or scheduled service.

Prepaid balances for unused service will be refunded. Services already performed are non-refundable.

🗑 Waste Disposal

All waste is double-bagged and placed in your designated outdoor trash can. If your bin is not accessible, waste will be left in a visible outdoor location.

🐶 Pet Safety

Please keep pets indoors during service, or notify us in advance if they will be outside. Let us know if your pet should not receive treats.
